Service and Refund Policy

East Point Software LLC provides custom software development, internal tools and automation, modernization work, and related support services by custom quote.

Proposals, contracts, and invoices

Project pricing is provided after review of an inquiry and, when appropriate, a consultation. Custom invoices are issued after a proposal or contract is accepted. Recurring retainers or subscriptions may be used for ongoing support or hosting-related services.

Fulfillment

Each accepted proposal or contract defines the project scope, payment schedule, delivery expectations, and responsibilities. Typical work proceeds through inquiry, consultation, proposal, contract and invoice, design and build, launch, and optional support.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the applicable agreement. Completed or already-performed services are generally non-refundable. Recurring retainers or subscriptions may be canceled according to the applicable agreement.

Ownership

After full payment, the client owns custom project deliverables, subject to the applicable agreement. East Point Software retains pre-existing tools, reusable components, and general know-how.
